The women I work with do this because they know that they are at the centre - of their lives, of their families, and of their businesses - and this means that to take care of themselves is to take care of the world.

From helping women to foster sustainable self-compassion to continuously helping them draw appropriate and meaningful internal and external boundaries, I help women identify how to achieve their goals without guilt and to eradicate any and every barrier they encounter on the way.
